Contra is hiring someone to join our Client Success Team to build strong relationships and ensure hiring success on our platform. In this role, you’ll work with startups, enterprises, and creative agencies to understand their hiring needs and connect them with top independent talent.

What you’ll own:

• Managing all client interactions, including proactive outreach and reactive support (email, Slack, etc.)
• Matching clients with freelancers based on job posts, inquiries, and ad hoc requests. This includes reaching out to freelancers
